Filter AI Assets¶
The AI Assets inventory can be narrowed by trust score, platform, resource type, owner, environment, or tag, so you can focus on exactly the assets you care about instead of scrolling the full estate. Filters work alongside the search box and the tabs (Agents, Data Assets, Models, MCP Servers).
How filtering works¶
- In the sidebar, under Discover, click AI Assets.
- Use the Trust Score and Platform dropdowns in the toolbar. These apply as soon as you select a value.
- For the other filters, click More Filters (shown as Filters on tabs other than Agents) to open the filter drawer. Choose values in one or more sections — your selections are staged, so the list does not change yet.
- Click Apply Filters to update the list. Closing the drawer without applying discards your changes.
The More Filters button shows how many drawer filters are applied. Click Clear All to remove every filter at once, including the toolbar dropdowns.
How values combine
Within a section, selecting multiple values broadens the results (an asset matches if it has any of them). Tags work per tag: values under the same tag broaden the results, while selections under different tags narrow them — an asset must match every tag you filter on.
Available filters¶
Trust Score¶
Filter by an asset's trust level — High, Medium, Low, or Critical — from the toolbar. Not available on the Data Assets tab.
Platform and Resource Type¶
Filter by the source Platform (for example, Databricks or Microsoft Copilot Studio), from the toolbar or the drawer. In the drawer, Resource Type then lists only the resource types available on the platforms you selected; clear Platform to see all resource types again. If you change platforms, any selected resource type that the new platforms do not offer is removed.
Owner¶
Search for owners and add one or more. Select Not set to find assets whose owner is empty in the source platform. Not available on the Models tab.
Environment¶
Filter by the Environment an asset was detected in. Available on the Agents and MCP Servers tabs. The environment is detected automatically from the source platform (for example, a project or workspace name), so no manual tagging is required.
Choose Empty (No environment assigned) to find assets with no environment. It cannot be combined with specific environments.
Tags¶
Filter by Tags applied to your assets. Expand a tag to choose one or more of its values. Values under the same tag broaden the results; selections under different tags narrow them, so an asset must match each tag you filter on.
You can also find assets that are missing tags:
- Empty (No tag assigned) — listed first under each tag. Returns assets that do not have that tag, so you can find assets still waiting to be tagged.
- Empty (contains no tags) — returns assets that have no tags at all. It cannot be combined with other tag selections; clear them first.
Search¶
The search box matches an asset's name on the current tab, and works together with any filters you apply.
